Saints’ Opinions on Midterm Election!

The Xavier community is all about being able to respect all voices. These past midterm elections were controversial in many ways. However controversial, the Xavier community respected those who voiced their thoughts and opinions. In California’s elections, propositions which could create a number of changes in California were part of the ballot. The interviews of members of the Xavier community (spoiler alert: Mr. Larsson) in the above video help explain what they thought about being new voters, what voting would be like, and opinions about some of the California propositions. Voting is important; everyone deserves to be respected for what they believe in. With the many extremely close elections across the United States, it was definitely proved in these midterms that every vote counts. Make sure to register to vote, Xavier students! Thank you to all the faculty and parents who vote as well!
